The E-Marketplace Platforms Sector Inquiry Final Report prepared by the Turkish Competition Authority was published on the official website of the Authority on 14.04.2022.

 

As a result of the “E-Marketplace Platforms Sector Inquiry” launched on 11.06.2020 about e-marketplace platforms, the Competition Authority published the “E-Marketplace Platforms Sector Inquiry Preliminary Report” on 07.05.2021. Policy recommendations contained in the Preliminary Report have been finalized by taking into account public opinion, the developments in the market and ongoing legislation work before the Authority, and the “E-Marketplace Platforms Sector Inquiry Final Report” was published on 14.04.2022.
