Attny. Deniz Kıvanç practices at SRP-Legal, focusing on competition law, compliance and regulation, as well as contract law and advisory services. With comprehensive expertise across all areas of competition law, Deniz provides end-to-end strategic advisory services encompassing client representation in preliminary inquiries and investigations before the Turkish Competition Authority; merger control notifications; settlement, commitment and leniency procedures; and the design and implementation of tailor-made competition compliance programs tailored the needs of each client and sector. Since the early years of her career, she has delivered sector-specific, commercially oriented and results-driven advice to international and domestic companies across diverse industries, including FMCG, energy, digital platforms, optics, maritime transport and e-commerce.

A graduate with honors from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, Deniz gained an interdisciplinary perspective through her minor in economics and continues to contribute academically to the field of competition law.
