She has acted as the spokeswoman of clients before not only the Ministry of Customs and Trade but also the Parliament to offer an in-depth understanding on the ever-changing legislative needs of businesses with respect to the protection of consumer laws related matters.

As our founder and managing director, Dr. Ongun has also participated to the legislative processes and been giving legal opinions to the relevant ministries regarding the Consumer Protection in the industry of  Electronic Communication legislations and assisting those ministries in this context and also, helping  clients to shape the legislations in favor of the clients’ interests.

• Providing legal consultancy services related to the businesses for the protection of the consumers’  legislations,

• Preparing necessary and required documents such as petitions and responding to lawsuits, attending court hearings and following up the litigation proceedings, etc. on behalf of the clients,
• Representing and defending our clients before courts at all levels, in the arbitration procedures and the other alternative dispute resolution procedures,
• Aligning our litigation strategies with our clients’ interests, objectives, and striving to achieve the best results possible for our clients under the current circumstances.
