As SRP-Legal, we provide general business legal consultancy services for the usual daily labor law needs of our clients. In addition, providing strategic and legal support in the field of labor law on issues including but not limited to the preparation of human resources policies, employee handbook, in order to prevent the regulatory, legal and financial risks that our clients may encounter,

Preparation, standardization, amendment and/or renewal of employment contracts with employees/sub-employees of our clients and their attachments, and harmonization with other legislations (such as PDP Law),
Managing the termination processes of employment contracts and closely following the legislative changes and updated case law regarding the mediation, reconciliation and/or dispute resolution processes regarding the cases filed as a result of the termination, ensuring the compliance of the clients’ internal regulations, workplace practices, human resources policies with the developments in the legislation.
